A lot of good news as the Bucs look to extend their winning streak.

In the midst of a hotly contested division race, the Bucs are seeing positive gains on the injury front.

No one is completely healthy by Week 16, but several members of the Bucs are at least feeling better rather than worse. There was only one DNP, and that was Chris Godwin taking a rest day. Godwin is coming off his best game of the year, catching 10 balls for 155 yards, so it’s likely safe to say there’s no concern about him missing Sunday’s tilt against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Will Gholston was limited with his knee injury that has cost him the last two games, but he’s at least working in the right direction.

Everyone else, from Carlton Davis to Vita Vea to even Devin White, fully participated.

The Jags are in a much more dubious position. Most notably, star quarterback Trevor Lawrence is still in concussion protocol and remains completely sidelined. Without him, Jacksonville’s chances in this game nosedive, quite frankly.

C.J. Beathard (who’s on the injury report himself) would be at the helm. While no stranger to NFL action with 12 career starts, he’s been far from impressive with 18 passing touchdowns to 14 interceptions and just a 59.5% completion percentage.

The Jags are also still missing offensive tackle Cam Robinson, and his replacement Walker Little is limited with a hamstring issue. Add on top of that, and swingman Ezra Cleveland (knee) is also limited. Between the QB and line issues, and this screams “get right” game for a rightfully maligned Bucs defense.

Other notable players with designations for Jacksonville include receiver Zay Jones (DNP, knee/hamstring), cornerback Tyson Campbell (limited, quadriceps), and safety Andre Cisco (limited, groin).
